Sending residence permit documents?

YTU wants every document in one PDF, emailed to admissions@yildiz.edu.tr within 7 days of your online application. A clear order helps:

  1. First page of the application form, signed by hand
  2. Passport
  3. Fee receipt
  4. Proof of address
  5. Health insurance (Türkiye Scholarship and Erasmus students only)
  6. Anything else, such as documents for students under 18

Put your application number, student number and phone number in the email. The full steps are in our residency card guide.

Tip: photograph documents flat, in good light, with nothing else in the frame. Your phone's document scanner gives the cleanest result: in Notes or Files on iPhone, and in Google Drive on Android.
